Craig Cowley, previously of M.C Cowley Building and Development P/L has a tried and tested track record and has delivered best quality workmanship to architect designed schemes and a number of his own successful housing developments. Projects include House Hamilton Brett by Morrison & Breytenbach Architects.
George Morozoff has run a successful construction business working in Hobart and environs for many years.
Body corporate
The Strata Title Development Plan has been registered and includes the Body Corporate Rules. The body corporate is managed and administered by Stratum Title Management (Tasmania).
